During the Duterte era, Filipino workers rallied to end "endo" (end of contract) — a practice that traps laborers in cycles of short-term contracts without benefits or job security. I documented this struggle, photographing union workers and labor leader Josua Mata of Sentro, capturing their fight for dignity, fair wages, and lasting labor reform.
